“A hail storm come through a few months ago, Preferred Elite Construction was contracted for a few projects. They handled fixing the window trim, replacing the gutters and garage door. As well as staining the fence. DJ also replaced some bad fence pickets that are damaged from normal wear and tear. This was not part of the storm damage or the scope of work, it was definitely going above and beyond. They were professional and had clear communication on the time lines. I would use their services again.”
